Our guarantee is built around material quality, workmanship, and fair case review.
Rohling Dental Laboratory guarantees fixed restorations for two years from the invoice date against defects in material or workmanship. Orthodontic aligners and other non-fixed products are not included in the two-year fixed restoration guarantee.
When a remake or repair is requested, the case is reviewed based on the original records, returned materials, clinical information, and the conditions described below. Depending on the case, a remake or repair may be completed at no charge, at a reduced fee, or at standard fees.

Guarantee and Remake Policy
Rohling Dental Laboratory guarantees fixed restorations for two years from the invoice date against material or workmanship defects.
Orthodontic aligners and other non-fixed products are not included in the two-year fixed restoration guarantee. Remakes or repairs may be free or discounted, depending on the case and whether the issue falls within this policy.
Original models, impressions, digital records when applicable, and the original restoration must accompany remake cases when those materials are needed to evaluate the issue. Without the original work, remake cases will be charged at least fifty percent of standard fees.
The guarantee excludes problems related to inaccurate impressions or scans, incomplete or distorted records, occlusal changes, preparation changes, tissue or tooth changes after fabrication, bleaching or shade changes, lost temporaries, provisional failure, patient habits, trauma, misuse, poor oral hygiene, material use outside recommended indications, or other clinical factors outside the laboratory’s control.
Coverage is limited to restoration repair or replacement when the case qualifies. Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages are not covered. Handling charges may apply.
Turnaround Time
Please allow at least six business days in-lab for all restorations unless prior arrangements have been made. Holidays, weekends, and shipping days are not counted as in-lab production days.
Complex cases, implant cases, cases requiring additional communication, cases with missing information, and cases requiring special materials may require additional time. Rush service may be available when production capacity allows, and rush charges may apply.
Payment Policy
Invoices are sent with each case, and account statements are issued monthly. Payment terms are Net 10 days from the statement date.
A 2.7% processing fee will be applied to credit and debit card transactions.
Late accounts may be charged a $30.00 late fee plus 1.5% monthly interest, equal to 18% annually. Accounts that are 45 or more days overdue may be converted to C.O.D. The customer is responsible for any collection or legal fees incurred.
Case Review and Policy Updates
Questions about remake eligibility should be directed to Rohling Dental Laboratory before a restoration is altered, discarded, remade elsewhere, or sent to another provider for repair. In some situations, photographs, new records, a new scan, or additional clinical details may be requested before a case can be reviewed.
